Most vehicles can be rendered immobile by either shooting the tires of land vehicles or shooting the base of air vehicles. The SWAT, Rhino, and O66Terminator are the only vehicles with bulletproof tires. However, the SWATs tires can be popped with the use of Police Spikes, while the Rhino and O66Terminators cannot.
